Shipping policy

At Levant 2 Australia we do not charge for shipping within Australia as all our products are either Australian-made or are printed-on in Australia.

Levant to Australia charges $5 flat shipping rate to New Zealand and $15 flat shipping rate to the rest of the world.

In order to provide our competitive prices, we cut off the middle-person and we source our products from the manufacturer directly. Although usually less, order processing time can take up to 15 business days and shipping can take up to 15 business days.

If the order is lost while shipping we will issue you a refund. If you receive the order in a damaged condition or you receive the wrong order, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of you receiving the order). We will ask you for the order number and for pictures if the order is damaged. Once verified, we will be in touch on how to ship the order back and a refund will be issued. Unfortunately, we don't offer a change of mind returns at the moment.
