Self-Appreciation (Heart Design)

Self-Appreciation (Heart Design) is inspired by the unconditional love one holds for themselves and the appreciation of one's being.

People use love to bond with people, build families and friendships, and even to belong to a community. Regularly, people forget to focus on the most important love of them all. The love for one's self. People who struggle to love themselves, may struggle to love others in a healthy way. The could emit negative vibes pushing people away from them. When someone loves themselves unconditionally, it does not mean they become ego-centric or they stop loving others, it especially does not mean that they excuse and stop feeling guilty if thy behaved immorally. Loving one's self and appreciating it, means that one acknowledge that they need to be kind to themselves, pat themselves on the back when they do good, and help themselves improve when they do bad.

The Arabic calligraphy writing "أحب نفسك أولا" was literally translated into "Love yourself first." Selena Gomez got a tattoo of this phrase, emphasising the importance of self-love and self-appreciation. 

Arabic writing is usually viewed with suspicion and fear as many people associate it unjustifiably with terrorism. Thus, through showing the beauty of Arabic writing and Arabic calligraphy via printing it on hippie T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, mugs, canvas, tote cotton bags, and mouse pads; we hope to change the perception of Arabic writing towards admiration and appreciation.
