Aleppo, the White City. design is inspired by the financial capital city of Aleppo in the Levant country of Syria.

Aleppo is a beautiful city with a lot of history and ever-expanding cultural influence on the Levant region. Aleppo has many landmarks including The Great Umayyad Mosque, Aleppo Citadel, Aleppo Museum, Syriac Catholic Church, The Public Park of Aleppo, Al-Faraj Gate, Al Adeliah Mosque, Maronite Church, Al-Halawiyah Madrasa, Beit Ghazaleh, Al Tawheed Mosque, Armenian Forty Martyrs Cathedral, Bab Al-Faraj Clock Tower, Al-Rahman Mosque, Al Ghazali Mosque, Al Saboun Caravanserai, Victory Gate, Maqam Gate, Red Gate, Al Siffahiah Mosque, Al Otrosh Mosque, Sabaa Bahrat Square, Sabeel Public Park, Antakya Gate, Saadallah Al-Jabri Square, Iron Gate, Al-Qiqan Mosque, Al-Snoubari Park, Al-Tawashi Mosque, Saint Simon Citadel (Sam’an Citadel, Qalat Samaan), Aleppo Old City, Dead City of Serjilla, Aleppo Town Centre, Al Khosrofieh Mosque, Khan al Nahasin (Khan of Coppersmiths), Ancient Villages of Northern Syria, Ebla (5000 year old Amorit City), Villa Rose, and Turkish Bath (Hammam Yalbougha al-Nasri).

The Arabic calligraphy writing "حلب الشهباء" was translated into "Aleppo, the White City". Aleppo is known for its white, antique and historical buildings built by stones from its white mountains that cover the horizon of the city. Aleppo truly captures the history of Syria and the Levant City like no other city does.

Arabic writing is usually viewed with suspicion and fear as many people associate it unjustifiably with terrorism. Thus, through showing the beauty of Arabic writing and Arabic calligraphy via printing it on hippie T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, mugs, canvas, tote cotton bags, and mouse pads; we hope to change the perception of Arabic writing towards admiration and appreciation.
